The majority of our daily interactions are with asset management firms, for whom we deliver ground-breaking solutions for their front, middle and back offices, as well as for TCA, compliance, risk management and general business information reporting.

In addition to our collaborative product development work with asset managers, we have also undertaken some very specific paid consulting assignments.

Reviewed trading practices across three global trading centres. Analysed years of trading data looking for opportunities to improve netting process and counterpart selection. Provided specific roadmap for improvement focused on exploiting low-hanging fruit opportunities first.
Conducted review of years of trading data comparing different trading strategies, with a particular focus on WM/Reuters based execution. Found room for over 200bp of price improvement by changing from WM trading to TWAP trading.
Trading review. Reviewed FX services and pricing provided by custodians and their outsourced back office provider. Found specific areas for improvement and made recommendations for orderly conversion of trading to in-house.
We have also conducted dozens of reviews of FX trading history for asset managers and hedge funds. These identified areas for improvement in netting methodologies; fully automating some trading; rolling hedges; competing swap trades on WMR executions; the use of algos and; real-time pre- and post-trade TCA, amongst other topics.
